This morning I cooked Martha Stewart’s homemade pancakes. Of course the recipe called for milk but I was out. My 16 year old son was famished from his 6 a.m. basketball practice, so I didn’t have time to run out to the store. I looked in the fridge and luckily we had the Almond milk that my 14-year-old-lactose-intolerant son refuses to drink. To my surprise, the milk worked out just fine…the pancakes turned out fluffy and sweet. So I’m calling today Work-It- Out Wednesday….we do it all the time with family, work…. our HAIR!
