It’s A Wrap

After being inspired by vlogger JenellBStewart and listening to my daughter complain about eating Spaghetti once a week, I decided to try a new recipe.

I made a slightly modified version of a Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad and Tilapia Wraps. We were out of salsa, so I used Zesty Italian dressing on the wraps. And instead of red onions, I added scallions to the salad.

I love avocado but I’d never had it in a salad nor had I tried eating fish inside of a tortilla.

Everyone seemed to enjoy both dishes. We wrapped it up with good conversation and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
